How we use your information.

When you request a briefing.

Who: Agna AI is the data controller.
What: “Request a private briefing” opens your own email app with a message to team@agnaai.com. This site sends and stores nothing about it. If you send the email, we receive what you choose to write, your email address and, if the link that brought you had one, its personal reference code in the subject.
Why, and on what basis: To respond to your briefing request. Sending the email is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept: In Agna AI’s Google Workspace mailbox. Only the Agna AI team members who respond see it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Where data leaves the DIFC, we rely on the safeguards the DIFC Data Protection Law 2020 allows.
How long: We keep briefing emails for at most 24 months.
On your device: If you arrived with a personal link, its reference code is kept in your browser for the visit and, where your browser allows, for up to 90 days, so a forwarded link or a return visit keeps it. Nothing else is stored in your browser. No cookies.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, and withdraw your consent. Write to team@agnaai.com. You can also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
